  • Small Estate Affidavits or Affidavits of Succession. If an estate is under the limits of triggering a probate, we can prepare affidavits to collect assets for the beneficiaries.
  • Probate. If the estate is subject to probate, we can prepare all of the necessary paperwork to get a personal representative (aka executor outside of Arizona) appointed. We will attend hearings as needed and then work with you to make sure you are guided step by step on what needs to be accomplished. From mailing notices, dealing with creditors to advising on distributions we will make sure you have the answers you need so you can close the estate in a timely manner.
  • Trust Administration. Assuring that a trust is administered as provided for by the trust terms and according to the laws of Arizona is of utmost importance. We can help with making sure that beneficiaries are informed, creditors are dealt with and assets are distributed timely and correctly.
